Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never see or store your full card number — only your billing information, order details, and the last 4 digits of your card. All payments are processed over an encrypted, secure connection.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@charlottepatterson.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee a change or cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment, but we'll always do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, followed by a transit time of 4–9 business days. In total, expect your order within 6–12 business days from the day you place it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@charlottepatterson.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Yes — sale items and gift cards are final sale. Perishable, custom, or personal care items are also excluded where applicable.
I'm ordering from the EU — do I have extra return rights?
Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU cooling-off regulations, in addition to our standard 30-day policy.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements in both centimetres and inches to help you find your best fit.
What if my item doesn't fit?
No problem — you're covered by our standard 30-day return policy. You can return it for a refund and reorder the correct size.
